What Are Inner Space Techniques?

Inner Space Techniques (IST) are set of therapeutic and healing techniques based on the inner space of meditation.

For thousands of years meditators have discovered that beyond the conscious surface level of the mind lie forces that shape personality, cause stress, neurosis and at times even ill-health.

Inner Space Techniques were developed by Dr. Samuel Sagan with a team of doctors, psychologists, homeopaths, naturopaths and other health practitioners over a period of 42 years.

An Alternative To Psychotherapy

In most forms of talk therapy (psychology or psychotherapy) the therapist aims to help you to analyze and understand better your problem or issue. This is done from the level of ordinary mental consciousness. This method can help you to understand things better, alter behaviors or learn better communication. 

All of these things can be beneficial, but they ultimately occur in a very narrow slice of our consciousness that is known as the ordinary mental consciousness or the OMC.

Psychotherapy = Analysis = mind/mental understanding.

Inner Space Techniques are a meditation-based practice. We meditate first so as to go deeper than the ordinary mind. Then we source the issue by doing two distinct things:-

1) Moving the client constantly deeper than the ordinary mind towards the very source or cause of the problem, and then;
2) Bringing the light of consciousness to this source

Inner Space Techniques = Sourcing = finding causality behind issues leading to opening and resolution.

What happens next?
1) The emotional charge (samskara) gets discharged and healed
2) A greater sense of Self emerges

This changes everything! The result being a great weight being lifted off you, along with a greater sense of joy, hope and connection.

Inner Space Techniques

Inner Space Techniques are used to find and discharge the source of major issues.  We seek to find your light that is hidden behind blocks, blind spots and scars.  This is for seekers who want to know what's beyond appearances, experience profound realizations and lasting change.

Clearing Therapy

This is a method that finds and clears entities and cords out of your energy.  These are more common than you may think!  I take a pretty practical approach to this phenomenon.  We'll use Inner Space Techniques or IST to source the entity or cord, understand how it got attached to you, and finally clear it!

Grief Recovery

Dealing with death, grief and loss is part of life.  However, it can be hard to work through on your own.  We'll look into what's causing your grief, we'll source it with the IST method, giving you the opportunity to resolve the grief, and find peace and acceptance.

Spiritual Awakening

We're ultimately intending to find the source of YOU,  and have greater access to your light moving forward in your life.  These profound depths are found in meditation.  I'll teach you a simple, clear, repeatable meditation.

What To Expect In an IST Session

Inner Space Techniques (IST) sessions offer a unique and powerful approach to self-discovery and healing. Here's what you can expect from me as your IST practitioner:

A Comfortable, Relaxed Setting
You'll begin by lying down comfortably on a mattress with your eyes closed. For in-person sessions, I'll be seated beside you. During remote sessions, I'll guide you through the process via phone or video call.

Entering a Meditative State
I'll gently guide you into a deep meditative state. In this enhanced state of awareness, you'll experience increased sensitivity to your inner world, allowing you to perceive and interact with your consciousness in new ways.

Interactive Exploration
While in this meditative state, we'll engage in an interactive dialogue. I'll ask carefully crafted questions to help you navigate your inner landscape, moving beyond surface-level thoughts to the root of any issues or blockages.

Deep, Transformative Work
My role as your IST practitioner is to be fully present with you, asking questions that guide you deeper into yourself. This process goes beyond traditional talk therapy, accessing realms of consciousness where profound insights and healing can occur.

Safe and Gentle Process
As a 30 year IST practitioner, I'll ensure that your experiences unfold in a safe, non-traumatic manner. You'll remain in control throughout the session, with the freedom to explore at your own pace.

1. We'll Jump On A Call Or Meet In Person

You'll come to my practice in person, or we can use Skype, GMeet, WhatsApp or simply a phone call to conduct your sessions.

2. Check-In With You

After your initial call to determine the direction of your sessions, I will do a check-in at the beginning of each session about what's been going on in the previous week.

3. Inner Space Techniques

We use Inner Space Techniques to get you into the space of each session.  This space is essential to the depth and success of your session. It goes much deeper than ordinary psychology or psychotherapy.  Using meditation you'll find things at their source, beyond the mind.  This is where resolution will occur.

4. Sourcing Your Issue

"Sourcing" means getting to the root cause of blocks and issues in your life.  I'll use various meditation-based inner space techniques to guide you to the source.

Resolution occurs here because deep, hidden emotional charges that are held in the mind and body get released, once and for all!

5. Wrap Up

Here, we review of your session to help you understand all of the realizations that were made during it.  Because we go very deep and beyond the ordinary mind, you may want to journal at this time about your experiences.  I may give you simple homework such as things to observe during the week to bring to your next session.

Duration of An IST Session

Weekly IST sessions typically last just over one hour, providing ample time for deep exploration and transformation.

Personal Intensives

In addition to weekly sessions, I offer personal intensives for clients who wish to immerse themselves deeper in their healing journey.

During these intensives, you'll visit my practice in Reno, NV where we will spend several days focusing intensively on your unique needs and the core aspects of your personal process.

My Approach

I have been an IST practitioner, meditation instructor, and certified entity clearer for 30 years.

As an IST practitioner I bring lots of experience, but more than this, I care deeply about my clients and their desire for inner and outer freedom.

I've noticed over my almost three decades as an IST practitioner, that the opposite of Love isn't hate, but fear. We need to get to the bottom of these fears in order to get reconnected to this great ocean of Love that exists inside of us.

I'll give everything I have to ensure that you find your way back to your light and this love that connects you to it.

I work with clients in person in my rooms in Reno, NV; I travel to California to see clients, and for my out-of-state and international clients, we work on zoom or gmeet.
